Pittsburgh hand surgeon Dr. Mark Baratz started the Double Play program to pay restaurants to prepare meals and deliver them to those in need via Casa San Jose and 412 Food Rescue.
This helps Mom and Pop restaurants stay afloat AND helps feed those in need.

Frontline Foods Pittsburgh is a local chapter of a national organization which organizes restaurants to deliver food our Pittsburgh front line health care workers at work during the Covid-19 crisis.
Donate to Frontline Foods
Spencer Warren of the Warren Neighborhood Bar/Penn Cove Eatery organized a program to feed out-of-work restaurant workers every night and has given out 3500 meals as of April 28, 2020.
